More about allow . create . flow…
allow . create . flow is an intuitive process painting workshop, woven with yoga and free form movement, journaling, and discussion to find and support your unique inner vision and voice. Participants are encouraged to make self-discoveries through intuitive paint play, while clearing away blocks to foster the delicate balance of the mind-body-soul connection. Painting in this way connects participants to their intuition, or inner-knowing, while free flow journaling and body movement round out this holistic, nurturing workshop. allow . create . flow works to invigorate personal power and confidence in a fun way, while sharing and connecting with community.
Led and created by The Courage Tribe’s founder Amy Turner.
Carving out time to allow, create, and flow is a powerful and beautiful form of self-care and self-actualization along your courage journey.
